（1）To develop the multifarious child welfare works of the Children's Home.
（2）To enhance the cooperation with other child welfare institutes, promote service quality and professional knowledge of our workers.
（3）To operate the social resources to help the children, who were（are）living in Children's Home, for working and studying.
（4）To encourage the volunteers to take part in the activities of Children's Home for saving the public funds.
（5）To improve the equipment of our institute and expand service items.
